I receive email and newsletters from missionaries around the world who sometimes only have internet cafe's to send their bulk mail updates from. I can not use a blanket mass mailing spam filter without sometimes blocking them too. I also get 20 - 50 spam email ads a day with deliberate misspellings to get their ad by my "word" filter. Since I also have several hundred emails in my inbox, it takes a long time to individually add each block because the computer has to scan through the entire inbox for each email. I therefore just go through the spam and delete it which adds it to my delete folder. I then go to the deleted folder and block each one one at a time.
It is a little faster this way, but is there a way to block select the entire group of email in my deleted folder and add them to my block senders all at once? (When I group select all the deleted files at once, the "block senders" option is not available.) Also, is there a limit to how many emails I can add to a block senders list? Thanks and God bless. James

Does your spam filter have some sort of whitelist capability ? ie. If the subject contains the word "missionary" it gets through, otherwise the filtering works as normal.

If it does, set it up to whitelist missionary in the subject, and inform your missionaries to include the word in their subject line when emailing you ?
