Blocking incoming international calls

One of our users is receiving what appear to fax calls or calls with fax-like tones from a number in Germany. We're located in Michigan.

Is there a way to block incoming international calls to this user’s DID?

not w/o Symposium, but even then, would have to arrive to receive disconnect.

You might just transfer the call to a fax machine so you can find out who they are and who they are trying to fax.
