Running an Opt81C Rel 4.5

Is there a way i can block incoming calls to stations?

Can I go into LD49 and have the offending PSTN DN route to the police dept as an example?

If you have a number of unused DID numbers that normally route to the attendant, then you can change it so that the number unobtainable tone is given out instead. This is done by the following in LD 15.
