So we have a person calling all of our DID numbers leaving voice mails saying some rude things about an employee. I have blocked a single DID by using ANI or ii digits in the vector, but I have never blocked an ANI or private ii digits from calling an entire DID range. Is there a quick way of doing this?

do a search on these forums for EC500
(That is if you know the # that is calling you)
If it is a private #, then I do not know how you would block it

Create an x-mobile station: Add station XXXX' where XXXX is a non DID.

Station type is 'xmobile': The xmobile type is EC500, mobility trunk group=ars, config set=1,

Under cell phone number enter what ever number you want to block (Ex: 561-555-5555) use your cell phone number for testing.

Set mapping mode = origination.

Now give that station a COR with Calling Party Restriction: origination.

When anyone calling from 5615555555 calls your office, the PBX sees the call as EC500 but the COR rejects it and gives the caller a busy signal.

or create the number called as a vdn with a route to step going to a vector for disconnect if digits match the number

... calling all of our DID numbers ...

mgraval's solution is the correct one; the OP can't convert all his DID numbers to VDNs.
