Blocking Email From Specific Countries

Is there an easy way to block all incoming email from specific countries? I know how to do this from Outlook on the individual work stations, but I am looking for a global solution at the Exchange level. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

You need to enable Sender Filtering on the server. This article explains it a bit and tells you where to go to do it:

You should be able to block remote sender domains by domain extension, ie '*.ru' or '*.kr', etc.
