Blocking directory assistance

I need some help. I have been asked to block directory assistance for a company. I know fairly well what I am doing on Definity, but I think I must be missing a number or something. The company got billed for 12 calls last month 5 locally and 7 nationally. They can not tell from their records or the phone company what number this person or people are dialing.

Ars Ana 411 is set to 3 min 3 max and deny. I have tried 9411 and get wave off, I've tried 91411 and get wave off.

Ars Ana 555 is set to 7 min and 7 max and deny. Anytime you dial any number with 555 you get wave off.

So what am I missing? There must be another number, but what is it?
 
Make sure you deny (area code) 555

If you are using ARS partitions make sure that the codes 411, 555, & xxx555 are blocked in all 8 partitions.

You also need to make sure you dont have any users with a
cor that allows them direct trunk access. of course another option if they do have it is to change the tacs on the trunks.

Can you explain more? I looked at the change cor X screen but I do not see anything labeled direct trunk access (V9.5)

There is a restriction override and Restricted call list? Is this what you are talking about?
 
It could be diferent with your version, but under the cor there's a page which grants permissions to call other cors.
The normal users cor should not be able to call the cors that are associated with any trunk groups. As a system admin you may have a different cor for yourself so that if someone calls and says hey I cant call such and such you can
just dial the tac for the trunk group it should be going out on and then dial the number. This will help decide if it is a switch problem or something in the outside world.
