Hi. I’m wondering if this is possible. I am running 2 separate contact centers. Both contact centers are using 2216 phones. Key 0 has a CLID = 1 that shows the main switchboard number. Key 2 is the users extension, with CLID = D which will default to Key 0 and display the main switchboard when user calls out.

I have 2 contact centers A and B. Contact center A is our main contact center. Contact center B is a separate one. When agents from B make outbound calls it displays the main switchboard number the customer calls back and the receptionist answers but she transfers to the wrong contact center.

Ideally, customers should not call any agents in contact center B. So is it possible to block CLID for these guys?

Just create a new CLID table in LD 15, that does not display anything, and assign that to key 0, or change the CLID table 0 in contact center B, to show nothing.

Ok i have one more question

Is it possible to send the company name "ACME Company" for an outbound call for contact center B??

Telco (SS7) will pass your data. Your local provider will send any name you want. Contact them for what name you want to pass.

If I wanted to block the CLID using a specific table entry, what are the settings within my table entry that I need to change?

I created a new entry - # 11 shown below, however, when I change my key 0 to use this entry 11, our main number is sent out so it must be getting our main number from somewhere else. How can I stop it from being sent out?

Thanks.
