Hi. I’m wondering if this is possible. I am running 2 separate contact centers. Both contact centers are using 2216 phones. Key 0 has a CLID = 1 that shows the main switchboard number. Key 2 is the users extension, with CLID = D which will default to Key 0 and display the main switchboard when user calls out.
I have 2 contact centers A and B. Contact center A is our main contact center. Contact center B is a separate one. When agents from B make outbound calls it displays the main switchboard number the customer calls back and the receptionist answers but she transfers to the wrong contact center.
Ideally, customers should not call any agents in contact center B. So is it possible to block CLID for these guys?
