Folks:

Our security manager asked me to block any phone calls going to JAMAICA 876-xxx-xxxx.

I tried ARS toll 1:876 and place a "n" next to 76 and I still could call 876.

Please let me know what else I need to do to blocking either the whole area code or specify number. Thanks

Try 'change ars analysis 1876. Min=11, Max=11 route=deny type=fnpa.

Kevin:

Thank you very much! I had it in "ara ana 1876" but I had total 10 for min and max instead of 11 for both. Now I dialed 1876-xxx then I received the intercept tone.

Thanks again!
