Blocking Certain Incoming Calls Based on CLID

I have seen numerous posts on this, but must be missing something.
I read this Cisco document on the steps involved:

But where do you enter the actual phone number you want to block?

Ideally I'd like to have this set up and then add new entries to it from time to time when someone reports a harassing phone number.

Hopefully I am not just totally overlooking something.
 
You need to be at least running CM 8.x. And step 4 is the step by step configuration that is pretty straight forward on how to do it.

So do I need a different translation pattern for every number I want to block?
 
Yes, you need to define them separetely.

As I can attest... We currently have over 400 individual translation patterns just for call blocking. Tip: The copy tool is your friend :)
