I had an IVR system set up using an extension that has 3 options that go into separate queues. My question is can the CDN's used for the queue, be blocked so that users will not dial the CDN directly but go through the IVR. Look forward to hearing back from someone.

don't think so unles you use multi tenant

If you are talking external callers, make the CDN a none DID number, so it cannot be dialed outside the building

Hi Hawks,

I am not sure what you mean by multi tenant, can you explain this? This is an internal extension.

Thanks,

ML
