Hi - Is there any way to block a caller on the MiVB without having to send them to an IVR Port to send to MiCC/YourSite and then block via the ANI List? (this works fine for blocking calls to one particular ext)

I have tried using the caller based routing service and putting the caller ID in with it set to blacklist - but this doesnt seem to do anything in my testing.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as you would think it would just be as simple as popping the Caller ID in a list and its blocked from the entire phone system!

Cheers

Rich

Many thanks Richard

Have you enabled caller based routing in the 'Trunk Attributes' form? On whatever trunk service your incoming calls use?

There is a setting 'Caller Based Routing Service' - it's an on/off setting that is off by default.

Awesome - Works a treat

Cheers for the quick response

Many thanks Richard
