We are going to install a new PRI circuit to replace ourexisting T1. The carrier only sends the telephone number; it does not send the name as well (which is fine). All calls come into our M2250 console and are then transferred to individual DNs. We are looking to block certain telephone sets from seeing the EXTERNAL caller ID info. If I program the individual set's class of service to DDGD (display of digits denied) but leave NAMA (display of name allowed), will this allow the users to see the caller's name on INTERNAL calls (but not the DN, obviously) and for external calls to just see the trunk ID and member number? Thank you for your help.
