We have a client with an ipo 403 with Proteus call logging to sort out the phone bills between them and two sublet offices. It has been noted thet one of the offices often forwards calls on to his mobile. This does not show on the Proteus call logging.
CTI have said that using shortcodes to forward to the required forwarding number using account codes will enable a report for account codes to pick them up. (No problems there)
But also that it was possible to set the ipo to block people from forwarding calls unless they use one of the predefined and agreed shortcodes.
How do you block people from forwarding calls inc' via phone manager etc from the ipo...?
Thanks if anyone can help here,
Paul
