Blocking an incoming call

I have a DID that is constantly getting a fax call, she has her number published....I was wondering if there is a way to block just this number from coming in.....heres the strange part though, the CID information is only showing a certain number. Its showing 12344 External...any ideas. the phone company said they cant block it.....im confused.

Just make a new incoming call route
Put in the CLI in the incoming call route
Then route it to a shortcode with function clear call

Do you have VMPro or EVM on th IPO?

You could route it to an AutoAttendant Menu there you have a fax option that will sent faxes to your internal fax machine.


Otherwise if it's only one CLID number then copy/paste the incommingcallroutenumber in the ICR and put the CLID number in the "incomming cli" field and point that to a fax.

You could toy with them for a few days and route the call back to the originator.
