if the 1900 1976 npa is not in your npa block it will not be dialed ld 90, prt,0, net,ac1, npa, 1900.. if your sending a number to a rli. repeat the steps using out instead of prt. the deny in to block number within a npa/nxx. all allowed number must be either a npa nxx or spn. if your using all spn dialing have someone dial in and fix it. or just block 1+9 after the ac1(9).
are there number 1213 900, 1 1 214 900. that bill by the min. NO, then why waste time blocking a single office within an area code?...i have seen hundreds of people waste time adding denys to a table that is not allowed in network. for a number in the us to be called party rate fixed it has to be 1+9xx+.. not 1+area code + 9xx. if anyone has a working example of that type of number i need to know so i can reprogram a few thousand switches
You should deny the 976 nxx in each NPA programed in LD90. This allows all calls to that NPA execpt the NXX 976. As far as the 1900 and 1976 NPAs are concerned just dont program them in LD90 and the subscriber will get fast busy and dialing 91900 or 91976.
why deny 1 xxx 976 when it is not a user rate toll call? i xxx 976 may be your next pager npa. i would not pay bills to numbers that don't answer, without a cc number that needs to be forwarded to the da..

a call that is not in the prefix 1 9xx + is not billable at a user ajustable rate. the fcc set aside all the 1 plus 9xx for that service, i would go to legal with a 300k bill that is not within the law. some 1+ numbers that are out of the US, (islands) do not comply with any known laws, but if the area code is in the us a billing rate cannot be set by the user. if someone pays that 300k then please send 1.5 mill for this post. it would be just as legal for me to send you a bill for pizza delivery for 10 mill.
I don't know who sets the rates for the 976 NXX's but they ain't cheap. try calling 1-212-976-2626 and tell me how much it costs you when you get your bill.
if your setting up a new switch, leave some space in those numbers 1 local 3 ld 5 ld 7 int... later when some vp want 1 dept to have local plus the 707 ac it makes life a little more simple. i have 1 5 9 and 13 used, the ones in the middle are almost all used up. put 1888 1800 1887 911 9+911 in as spns not npas so they can fall between the normal blocking. please allow 911 and 9+911, might help if a user need 911 quick.
