Blocked attachments urgh!!!

What am i doing wrong. I have added a string value "Level1Remove" with .mdb under the ...office\9.0\outlook\security but still can not receive .mdb file extension. They are still getting blocked! This is with Outlook 2000 with XP and I have rebooted. TIA.
 
I dont think changing the string value works with Outlook 2000. May I suggest that you look at the link below for more information on this and some alternative ways of retrieving the attachment.

You may want to check with your exchange server admin's if they are blocking attachments. If they are getting blocked at the exchange server then you may want to talk to the person to have them release the attachment(s).

Your discription was a little Vague. didn't know if you are at home or in the office.

Thanks Elise, no where did it say i needed to install Outlook SP3 at support.microsoft.com. I just installed SP3 and now a can receive the files listed in my registry key (level1remove) that i added.
