I know there are lots of posts about this and I already block various numbers from calling in using VDN's, Vectors, VRT tables etc.
However we have someone who keeps calling into various DDI numbers and is becoming a nuisance now. His calls come direct to DDI numbers(on ISDN PRI)and not through a VDN etc so was wondering what the best (simple) way was to block his calls coming into the trunk group. I would rather not mess about with changing extension numbers or adding coverage paths etc.
I read one post about using ec500 but havent manage to get that to work so any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
