Creat a short coded thet routes the number to a feature of busy. Example

ShortCode: 01234567890
Number: <Blank>
Feature: Busy.

or if you realy want to be nasty re-route the call to a supervisor/manager

ShortCode: 01234567890
Number: <Extn Number>
Feature: DialExtn.
