Hi Everyone,

I do really hope you can help me with this, I have a mitel 3300 appliance, we have to block outgoing calls that start with a combination of numbers (cellphone) in this case 044.

The scenario is that first the users have to press 9 for outgoing calls and then the number to dial.

I would really appreciate any help.

Thanks!

Hopefully your system already has other digit strings that are already blocked.

Look in the Form ARS Digits

You should be able to recognise valid digit strings for your region (MX = Mexico?)

Hopefully, you also see digits strings that are already blocked.

If so add 9044 followed by 0 digits and terminate to the same route as other blocked calls

What's most important is that you realise ... There is no spoon.

thanks! so the 9044 was listed following by 10 digits, changed to 0 and it's working as expected.

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!
