block original CLI on transfer

I'm working with ipo 500 V2 R7 and i want to block the CLI of the original caller when i transfer a call.
because when i try to transfer a call to another extension and in that extension they read the external number they don's answer the call.

This is really an issue for the Personnel Dept.

Why are users deliberately ignoring phone calls, most companies would consider this to be poor behavior.

Get CCR or something simular or a call accounting system and kick the users who do this.
With the application you can prove who did not answer the calls.
Or transfer a call without sending any CLI.

my bigger problem is, some ladys had some problems with another workers and they had to change the cellphone numbers because of that.
now few workers knows her real number.

The problem is that sometimes this ladys have to call to the company at night and when my colleague transfer the call, everyone will Know her number

Then she must call without sending her number!
I never call to customers with my mobile number.
You cannot program against stupidity.

the only other option is to redirect the call via a virtual user with ? W. or (.W works too) to dial back out and in again
