Hi chaps,
I'm new to this gig, and am not entirely sure if this is possible? I've always thought that this kind of thing would be done by the service provider, but they're insisting that is something that can / should be done locally...
we have a mitel 3300 MXe, version 9 UR3, IDSN30/E1 with 12 active channels.
We're receiving nusance calls from one particular phone number, and we'd like to block inbound calls from that number. Is it possible to do this on the MXe? I cant find any point where i'd be able to filter or route based on incoming caller ID.
I've alpha tagged the number so that our operators know not to pick up the call, but this really isnt the best way of dealing with it. we'd much rather the call never made it that far! Any thoughts you have would be greatly appreciated!
Many thanks!
Nat
