Hello,

I have about 10 users that only need access to send email company wide, not external. How can block them from sending email to external addresses and block all external addresses from sending them email? Thanks.

Lee.

First take away thier internet address, double click the mailbox go to the email address tab and remove the smtp address, this will eliminate incoming mail. Then goto the IMS for your site under connections click on the delivery restrictions tab add these users to the reject messages from section, this will prevent them from sending external email.

I use exchange 2k and i don't find the connections.

In the Exchange System Manager i have:
-Global settings
-Recipients
-Servers
- Server XXX
- Protocols
- HTTP
- IMAP4
- NNTP
- POP3
- SMTP
- X.400
-Connectors
-Tools
-Folders

Can you tell me where can i block users send external email.

Thanks
