Block incoming number

Does anyone know of a way to block a specific phone number coming in to the PBX? I have 4 PRI circuits all built as one incoming hunt group from the carrier. We are getting harrassing phone calls from one number and I would like to block it...

The only way I know is with CCR

if you have max or symposium you can do it with either, you can have the carrier block it or a call to cop shop gets results faster, if the caller is getting an answer have them do a transfer to 911, that works very quick

Record the call if there is conversation. Call the police and call the phone company, they will trace and prosecute if there is a police report. In the state of Georgia you do not even need to let the party know you are recording, but may want to just so everything is covered up front..
