Block incoming call

I have a problem. There is so many fax call to our PABX. Could anyone tell me how to block incoming call without call ID?

you will need to go to your carrier for that service, or route calls through a symposium server, or a maybe a mica card. i am not sure but a mica may route on caller id. i know it does internal. ie we have a phone in hte translation area that when you dial the menu the prompts are in spanish.
