We have an employee that is getting calls constantly from her Ex. Is it possible to clock a certian phone call from going to her extension?

how about this I've got an Option 61C Release 24 and MAT.....ok I guess they'll have to just work it out...

Assign her a new DN and let te old DN go to a mail box that they can still check just in case. Leave her off a new directory for a spell.
