block incoming call and alarm in the TX and RX switch my bcm400

I have a switch bcn 400, use an analog line and trunk lines, my problem is entering calls are answered but when they both simultaneously locks and all extensions ring busy, is the first time I use this type of switch, could help

Check your disconnect timer, supervision for your line type

Usually this is what locks the line up.
