Block inbound calls from certain outside numbers 1

We have a person harrassing one of our attendants. We'd like to block this number from completing. Can I do this in Call Manager 4.1?

No, we ran into this problem before. Calls are routed via the called number not the calling number. I'm not a Unity expert but possibly you can record the call and call the proper authorities.

If you are using an H323 gateway for the incoming call, you can block the call. It may not scale well if you start blocking lots of calls.
