Hi,anyone
sorry for bad English.Does anyone know to block or drop the speed of dial-up modem connection over MD110 analog line(ELU29).I dial pass ISDN/PRI with MD110/BC12.Although the parametor ICAT=000000(A/L) and BCAP=000100(ROU).How can block or drop speed the modems dial to ISP.
anyone help me.

can you change your bcap parameter...

BCAP: 111111

I haven't a problem this parameters in BC12.1

SEL: 0110000000000090
SERV: 2101000101
SIG: 111100000030
BCAP: 111111

I config follow your sulotion.It not work.I can connect modem speed up to 49.4 Kbps.any idea for next.

I don't think this is possible. even with BCAP on 3.1khz calls, modem will get through...
