Block call from an extension to another extension - NEC SV8100 1

I want to block call is making from extension 656 to extension 616 ,601 and 606. how i can do this in NEC SV8100.

Put them in different tenants and don't allow tenant to tenant calling!

- PRG 16-04: Call Restriction between Department Group
