Is there a way to block a persitant ERR infomational message on an 81c?

I am trying to hide an ERR5132 code. So do I put xERR5132 in the USER field or would it be xbug ERR5132?

Nope, by removing BUG it will remove all error codes from displaying. You cant mask individual error codes.

Looks like you have a CDP issue

ERR5132 data For a tandem CDP DSC call, the incoming route and outgoing route belong to
the same Route List Index (RLI). To avoid potential looping problems, the CDP
DSC database may need to be modified. The output data is: customer
number, incoming route, outgoing route, outgoing route list index, outpulsed
digits.
Action:
Severity: Minor. Critical to Monitor: No. SNMP trap: Yes

Yes I have looked up the code and know what is causing it. I really don't want to get into all the details as it is not anything critical and there is a reason for the madness. I was simply looking for a way to get rid the nusiance err code.

Spend some time and fix the problem. The ERR codes are showing up for a reason.

Masking the ERR codes is like removing your smoke detectors while ignoring the imminent fire hazards in your home.
