BLINKInc "Blinker" Contact Problems

Has anyone had any trouble with Blinker Inc. the makers of Blinker? I have ordered the latest version of Blinker and asked for two business days shipping.

As of today its been 8 days and no software. I call their number and get a recording telling me to call their tech support. I do and get a recording telling me to fax my request or e-mail my request.

I have e-mailed and faxed but no response from them and I habe used their contact info from web site of
Anybody?

I just receive my Blinker Product that I ordered.
So much for the 2 day priority shipping.
