Can not figure out why the BLF buttons are not working to call the extensions in the building. I have the hundreds button assignments 66 & 67, but then when the attendant goes to call 6601 by hitting the 66 button then the last two digits on the BLF she gets a busy. It used to work a few weeks ago. Is it ok to just Busy & release the port on the console. I have checked the hardware connections. I am having a hard time doing the screen shot. Everything looks ok as far as COS/COR etc.

you can program 68 on another button next to 66 and 67
change attendant x, and change all attendants so they have the same configuration.
