Hi,

Anybody installed a 5550 IP console on a PC with two network cards? There is a problem with the BLF. The error I'm getting says something like unable to get BLF information.

Not sure if the console is supported on a PC with two network cards.

Any help or hints appreciated.

Regards,
Eugene

Can not see that being a problem as long as your console is running ok.

Have actually got and DSS?BLF extensions programmed into your 3300, either on superset 5000 handsets or as remote BLF's if not that is your problem.

Programme all extensions in your 3300 as remote BLF and hey presto go to your console and assign your BLF accordingly.

Hi Thanks,

I do have these programmed. I have reboot the PC and reinstalled the software, yet still no joy.

first price would be to find out if someone actually has this working on a PC with two network cards. I have never really had problems with BLF on the consoles that I could fix. However this time around it's a little more challenging and the only difference is the fact that I am using two network cards,

2 nic's are not supported. You can't have any other dialup adapters or nic's on the machine, unexpected results may occur. We couldn't even get our console (in a lab) to register with 3 nics in it.
