BLF not working in 7914 module

Recently I have added 7914 expansion module for one user. As per the request I defined the some extensions and BLF-SD button on module. Issue is the BLF – busy lamp is not working, only speed dial is working .Has anyone ever experienced this issue before?

Are you saying that the 7914 is not working at all (no lights, no names/numbers) or are you saying that only speed dial on them is working?
If you are saying nothing working, we have had instances of out of box failures on 7961's where the phone works, but add on modules don't. Replacing the phone fixed the issue.

Sorry for the confusion ...7914 module is working fine .user can dial using extension button on it, can even dial speed dial button. Only busy indication feature is not working.

When other party picks the call there status indication (BLF button) dose not indicate anything. It remains ideal.

Look at the privacy settings on the phones that the BLF references. They may be set that the 7914 can't 'see' if they are off hook.
