blank screen

Hey i have Norton Antivirus 2002 and my computer is infected with a few trojans. When i try to open up Norton Internet Security i get only a blank screen for everything i go into besides the Personal Firewall Settings, Privacy Control and Ad Blocking but in these screens i cant do anything. Can anybody help me out here please?

have you tried running NIS from Safe Mode?
if that doesn't do the trick, try installing some other Antivirus software (even shareware could do the trick) just update, and restart in Safe Mode ..

to re-alive your Norton.
