We're using VB5 to call pre-designed reports in Crystal V6.0. In the development environment, i.e. vb5 and crystal 6 installed, all 140 reports work fine. However, in the clients' environment the reports are very erratic. On some clients' machines we find no problems, on others certain reports don't work, a white screen appears within our vb form. Exiting our system and re-entering sometimes fixes this problem and the report appears. Other reports, on certain machines, always appear as a totally white screen. Has anyone ever experienced this type of problem?<br>Would upgrading to Crystal 8.0 fix it?<br>Is it the way we are accessing the crystal engine or perhaps a missing or not correctly registered .dll?<br>Please advise.
