How do i get rid of the blank record that appears at the last position in a continuous form?

From my understanding, as long as the form is bound to a table you can not get rid of it. It is there to get ready for new data that may be entered. But that is just my understanding of it. I have not seen or heard of a way to do it.

If I take a peek in your Windows, to fix a problem, does that make me a "Peeping Tom"? Hmmmmmmmmmm

It can be done. You should search this forum for the answer... I remember seeing it about 2 weeks ago.

Hi,

Set the Form's Allow Additions property to No.

If you want to add new records, you will need a button or similar to say e.g.:

Me.AllowAdditions = True

Also maybe look at Help for explanation on:

Allow Edits, Data Entry and Allow Deletions.

Thank you very much the setting allow additions to no did just what i needed.
Thanks
Jeff
