A report written in Crystal Version 8 when printed from the design environment is fine. However when called through IE5 on an Intranet it generates every other page as blank, when printing. I found an article "c2005415" on the Seagate knowledgebase which when implemented seems to have no effect. Any suggestion would be a great help

Thanks

Are you using the CR viewer (active x) or the html viewer ??

Hello arh.

In our company we have the same problem, but we have not any solution for it.I see that it's al long time since you registreted the case!? Have you got any solution for the problem at this time???

We are also trying to solve this problem. It appears to have existed since version 7 of crystal reports. Some of the suggestions from Seagate involve setting the report (in the designer) to default. Unfortunately this sets it to portrait. Search their site for "no printer mode". If anyone gets a solution I'd like to know it.
