I have a print report procedure that generates a popup browser window with an HTML table for printing. When I generate this report window in IE7 and go to File -> Edit with Microsoft Office Word, Word is supposed to open the HTML table as a editable document to be printed, but all I get is a blank page. If I view the HTML Source in Word, all the tags are in there and are correct, but they are not displaying. I have tried this on a few other machines and some work (Word displays the table) and other do not. I have checked the settings in Word 2003 and IE7 and all machines match. Any ideas on what could be this issue here?

When installing word, you can choose to install or not different types of files formaters. Maybe the HTML format has not been installed on the machines on which the "edit with ms word" doesn't work ?

Water is not bad as long as it remains outside human body ;-)

Thank you for your posting.

The HTML format is one of the first things I checked. All the machines we have tested this on have had the HTML format installed for MS Word 2003.

Any other ideas?
