Blank Messages being recorded on Voicemail

Hello,

We are currently experiencing blank messages being recorded in voicemail. it is never the same channel, and if I do a trunk selection, as it is a DPNSS link, then the ports are OK. I can replicate the issue but there appears to be no commality when the fault occurs. I can ring an extension, then when it diverts to voicemail, i hear the change in ringtone, but I still hear ringing in my hear. Looking at the voicemail I can see that the call has answered, and after approx 5 sec of recording silence, the call is dropped. the latest Aculab and Dialogic drivers are installed and the switch is at BC12.

Has anyone seen anything similar or got any ideas?

What type of voice mail is it? How often does it occur, can you take one of your voice mail ports and give it another number then divert to that number. It sounds like the system is ringing the voice mail but either not releasing the call or not making the voice path.

It is CallXpress 7.71(same as what OneBox 5 will be). It does not occur frequently. It is a DPNSS link to VM. When I try to replicate the issue, it can sometimes take 45 mins, so I am thinking it's a switch issue, and must be down to the path the calls are taking going through the LIMS, and GS's.
