Have 2 customers with Windows XP SP3 and Outlook 2007. When they forward email to another user, the email messages are blank. When they hit forward, you can see the body of the message and the attachment, but when it is viewed in sent messages and at the recipients system, the body is blank. When the messages are sent out through webmail, they are received properly. Can't figure out where to narrow it down too. Going to try installing Windows updates on the system tomorrow but wanted to see if there were any other ideas.

The email may be getting forwarded as an attachment?

Not that we have seen. They are forwarding an attachment, and that is fine, but the body of the message is not there.

What is the format of the e-mail? If Rich Text Format try changing to Plain Text (preferred) or HTML.

Hope this helps.
