Blank emails

Has anyone seen where on a Treo 600 and 650 that the user receives an email and when he opens it it is blank, but if he looks at it on his desktop everything is there?

What application are they using to access their email?

Outlook 2003 on the desktop. the Treos do use goodlink

A little FYI......

One thing I had them try is to forward the blank email to themselves on their Treo and then they were able to read it. So at least we have a work around until we can figure something out.

I have been told that this is a server issue that will be resolved in the version of Goodlink.
