Blank Display on 6408D+

The user reported yesterday afternoon the date and time on her phone went blank. The phone number for incoming calls will display, though. I swapped out the phone with another working phone and same issue. I took her phone and put it at another location and is displays the date and time. The phone type is set up properly.

Can anyone offer any insight? Thank you in advance.

Thank you for the reply but there is no date/time button on the phone.

It is a 6408D+ desk phone.

Take off the softkeys and that will fix it. The users play with them and the display gets hung on some of the soft buttons. (Page 4)

I remove all of them on every install for this very reason.
