Hello
I’ve 3 sections of footer text. A and B are conditional and will only be printed on the last page, C will be print on every page.
When I print the report, only the last page shows how I mean to. On the earlier pages B and C are suppressed like I want it, but C is printed on the place of B. The result is that on those pages the white area under the page (under the footer text) to big is.
The option "print at bottom of page" in the section expert is gray by the footer sections.

Its because Crystal reserves the space for the footer so even though it is suppressed its unusuable.

I have gotten around this by using 3 text boxes in the same page footer, and then suppressing the text box as required rather than the PF section.

Ian

oke, but then you create a blanc area above the footer text when you conditional suppressed the text boxes above the footer text in the same section.

Dan

Why not print B and C in the report footer instead?

Just over lay them. Looks a mess in design but is fine in preview.

Ian

Yes, why not in the report footer?
Thanks LB, case closed ;-)
