Blackberry router and Blackberry dispatcher

Hi all,

I am constantly getting errors with Error ID 10000
Description: Blackberry router - Relay Ping Response not received
Blackberry Dispatcher - Ping response not received

I have read that many ppl do experience this but is there a fix or is it a "normal" intermittent error due to poor response times

I don't get these and I have a very slow internet connection at the building hosting the BES. This looks like LAN problems on your end.
