Bios Upgrade 3000R E39 to P09

I have a compaq 3000r with Dual PII 333's I would like to upgrade to Dual PIII 600's I can get the processors and VRM for the system do I have to also flash the Bios with the new P09 flash instead of the E39 bios that I am currently running.

If I am not mistaken the P09 and E39 labels are different server models within that particular family (in this case the 3000), therefore you cannot mix and match BIOSes. You need a P09 Bios for a P09 type server in that family and same for the E39
