BIOS password

I bought a IBM pc server 330 at a auction, problem is there is a password in the BIOS any way to clear this ?

Did you pull it... boot the computer. Then put it back in? Mike Wills

yes tried this as well still no go

Pull it and leave it off for a day. Let the bios reset completely. All the jumper does is supply power to the bios so it doesn't loose the settings. Mike Wills

Which password are you talking about ?

If it's the admin password you're trying to clear, you'll have to replace the system board.

Otherwise, you should be able to clear the boot password via jumper.
