Every time i boot up I get - BIOS auto-revovering. This happens thru 12-15 cycles of recovery , poweroff and restart until the BIOS loads. All settings are intact and the PC works fines after the 20 minute recovery. I changed the BIOS battery. Any thoughts of what is causeing this and how to fix it? MB is a gigabyte running award BIOS.

Reseat all of the RAM modules. If no luck, then run memtest86 to check the RAM one module at a time. If the RAM is ok, then the BIOS chip may be bad.
