Anyone happen to have the .bin upgrade files for the ACS R3 and R4. I could swear AVAYA posted them on their site at one time, but now I cant seem to find them. Thanks in Advance.

Avaya charges for upgrade cards. I don't think they would ever put the files on their site. If you buy an upgrade card from somebody on the internet like Ebay, be careful because once an upgrade card is used, it won't upgrade a second time.

Eflash website is no longer an option.

Avaya doesn't support ACS R5 and earlier. You would have to buy the upgrade to 6.0 then you can use the bin files on Avaya.com to upgrade to the latest version (currently T).

I've got them for several old versions, email me. I don't think I have an R4, though, seems to me there were too many problems with R4 and everyone jumped to R5 as quick as possible.
