Hopeing someone can help, bout ready to get rid of it all....Bought a Startalk, didn't work (BAD HDD), bought a second Startalk, didn't work (BAD HDD). Bought a replacement hard drive. Still doesn't work...! Gets trough all the tests, Loader Activated...

Downloading System Software...
Unable to read BIM page.

Look on google, and a few Nortel forums not mention of BIM page.

Any ideas?

What is the S/W level of the Startalk and also the KSU. May not work together.

The new drive that came is 2.04L or something like that, the latest software, and the 8X24 is DR3. I did get the Startalk to boot farther than BIM page and now I get a bunch or Alarm codes. Not sure what to do. Think I might upgrage to KSU to DR5 and get a Flash.
